Back To School!

The kids came to my classroom a couple times to help set up last week. They had fun exploring the room and helping Mommy. After setting up we headed to the playground.

Life has been a lot more hectic since school started, but we are starting to settle in a routine.

P.S. ~ Her leg is much better, but she is still limping. Poor baby!

1st Day of Pre-School!!!

Andrew had has first day of preschool today! He did GREAT!

Ms. Antoinette has done a wonderful job getting him ready for school!

Andrew was very excited to go to school, but he told me he wanted to go tomorrow instead. We dropped Claire off next door, and he was waving to her out the window telling her he was going to miss her today. As we started to walk in the building Andrew started to get nervous. We walked into his classroom and put his stuff away. As we entered the centers area he saw his friend and he was excited! It definitely made the morning a smooth transition and I think I was just as relieved as he was. I'm so excited for him and his new adventure, however I'm sad thinking about my precious boy being in pre-school already.

It goes by way too fast!!!!

HILTON HEAD ISLAND

We had such an amazing trip to Hilton Head! I am thinking this will be in the running for our retirement destination. It was the perfect trip to end the amazing summer we had! Enjoying the beautiful island with one of our best friends was a memorable vacation.
