Mall of America!

Our last stop before coming home was Minneapolis!
We had fun at Mall of America!!!!
Building at the Lego Store

Boat races!!!

American Girl Store!
She LOVED it! I have a feeling the madness will begin this Christmas with
American Girl Dolls in the Glass house :)
She was obsessed with this little kitty stuffed animal there ?????

Her pick for the day was Build A Bear to make her own kitty!

We ran into Blue!
She would have NOTHING to do with Dora

DATE NIGHT!
Don Pablos for dinner, shopping, & a late night movie!
Thank you Grandma & Grandpa for watching the nuggets!!!

PS ~
I have to say again how amazing the kids did on this road trip! We were a little nervous about them being in the car for 2 weeks for NOTHING! There was not ONE meltdown in the car! The only minor tantrum was after lunch with Claire at Glacier (on day 9). My baby girl potty trained herself right before the trip and we did not have one accident the entire trip, let alone in the car! Everyone got along wonderfully. They had wrapped surprises to open every day and all the treats they could imagine to keep their moods up!
This vacation will always have special memories that we will have forever and was the beginning of my love story of the west! I am so grateful to have had the time to go with Grandma & Grandpa Glass and will cherish the memories forever.

Just Keep Swiming

While heading home through ND, the clouds were sending me into daydreaming.
It looked like we were driving in a movie set, they didn't seem real.

The trip home after Glacier was pretty uneventful -
we made sure our hotels had a pool and the kids loved it!
This stop had a little kiddie play area - PERFECT!
Punching the falls!

Claire loved every minute!

Andrew gives a thumbs up for the water slide!

Glacier National Park

Our first stop at Glacier was this beautiful lake at the bottom of a very steep hill. On our way down I panicked and froze.Aaron had to take Claire and maneuver down, while Andrew & I figured out how to scoot down on our butts. Once we got to the bottom it was all worth it! The kids threw rocks into the water. IT was the perfect skipping rocks lake that was so calm the water looked like glass.

It's right after this picture that I forgot my favorite sweatshirt under a tree and we had to drive back to go get.Aaron volunteered to get out & climb down to grab it (he loves me :).

Aaron scouted this beautiful stop down in the raging falls. We spent awhile climbing on the rocks, throwing the rocks, & taking in the absolutely beautiful sights & sounds.

Miss sassafras - enjoying our stop for a picnic lunch

Up to no good!

This is honestly the ONLY little meltdown we've had the entire trip. After her nap she was happy as can be again.
Needless to say I was on a mad hunt for the cowboy boots for beautiful photos of her wearing a little white dress with boots, but WE WILL BE BACK! I'll get them then (and another pair of boots)!

After Claire fell asleep, we kept running into these waterfalls off the street. Andrew wanted to go run through one so we stopped for a little fun!

Daddy didn't want to get wet, so Mommy scooped him up and ran through.

GOOSE ISLAND -
the most popular spot in Glacier.
Seriously, I cannot describe the beauty. NONE of us wanted to leave.

God Bless America!
