So - this is how it works for all that were asking:
Andrew earns a manners marble anytime he says, Please, Thank You, No Thank You, Excuse Me, or of course anytime he's being really nice to his little sister.
We went shopping at Michael's about 6 weeks ago and he got to pick out his "marbles" that are actually gems, and a tin to hold all those marbles. Once he filled the jar up, he got to go shopping for his "big toy" prize!
It worked really well. We are debating whether or not to keep doing it or try something else.
So ~ that is all about Manners Marbles. Hope it works for you if you try it!

What a great idea! Will have to try that when Cayle gets a bit older.
Do you think it works for teens and pre-teens? REALLY need help in the manners department these days ;)
P.S. They really missed not having their annual vacation with their Aunt, Uncle, and cousins this year. Tori was just asking just how far away you guys were :)
