Getting Ready For Christmas

We have had an eventful holiday weekend, with lots of pics! We tried to take our Christmas card picture and it just wasnt right. So, we'll try again this week :( Andrew said his first word Thanksgiving morning, Dada!!! Aaron is so proud telling everyone he knows while I pout that it wasnt Mama. We are getting ready for Christmas now with all the decorations and of course cutting down the tree on Friday. We had a great weekend and are looking forward to our Christmas break this year!!!

One Thing After Another!

Well, we are now having problems with our computer at home and Im not able to post on the blog (or check my email). I had every intention on uploading my pictures at work and posting, but I forgot the cord! Anyway, we had a great weekend! Stanley is back to himself and Andrew seems to be feeling better. We're taking him in this week to check his ears now that the antibiotics are done. Hope everyone has a relaxing Thanksgiving and hopefully I'll have pictures for you soon!!!!

Drew Update

Andrew is feeling much better! He's still coughing, but the antibiotics have taken care of his ears :)Going from one sickness to the next, Stanley has had a really hard week. Most of you know he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure along with many other heart problems two years ago. We took him to the vet Sunday night and they told us to start preparing for the worst any day. So on that note, it's been a crazy week. I just found my camera last night, so for all you Drew groupies I will have new pics to post soon!

Poor Baby :(

Poor baby has a double ear infection - he just got over an ear infection last week! He got shots on Monday and Tuesday followed with a fever for the first time. He was back in the Dr's office today to be diagnosed. Last night was horrible - he would not eat or sleep. Every time he laid down he would cry from the pressure in his ears. Hopefully he (and we) get a good nights rest tonight with antibiotics and Motrin :) So with all that, I probably wont be posting this weekend. We'll see!

Andrew has had an exciting week! He started baby food, with Sweet Potatoes being his first veggie. He's been a little roly poly rolling all over the place and trying to pull himself up on everything and everyone. He babbles all day long and tries to "razz" but he cant quite do it. He went to the doctor for his shots and check up and he has gained 11 lbs since he was born weighing in at 21 lbs, 12 oz and has grown 6 1/2 in measuring in at 28 1/2 in. He's a healthy, growing boy! I've been slacking on the posting, but have been taking tons of pictures. So sorry for so many, I have to catch up for lost time :)

Do you believe that all is fair in paybacks?

I do. Everyone knows religion, politics, and Chicago baseball are off limits, and yet my daddy posted a picture of Andrew in a Sox outfit. Not wise, and I understand that it couldn't go unpunished. And I don't know if my fans out there know this or not, but I am a huge Cubs fan.
