We had so much Friday! We played in the sprinkler with friends then headed to a movie in the park. Andrew had a blast, but did not even take a peek at the movie playing, Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs. When we got home we put Drewber to sleep and headed to our neighbors for a couple drinks. It was a GREAT day!!!

4 Weeks Old

Claire turned 4 weeks today. Everything is going great and yesterday was Aaron's first day back to work. Claire is weighing in at 10 lbs, 7 oz (86th percentile), & measuring in at 22 1/2 in (95th percentile). We had her tongue tie fixed yesterday and she took it like a champ! She was sleeping before we even left the doctors office. Andrew is an awesome big brother and does not like to hear his baby sister cry. He has adjusted great to everything!

Thank Heaven For Little Girls

Claire Lindsey was baptised on Sunday, June 20th and sponsored by Marty & Jilli Worth. We are so honored to have them as Godparents for our little girl. It was a beautiful day surrounded by many friends and family!

Three Generations

The Dress
My Mom made Claire's baptism dress out of my veil and left over fabric from the flowergirl dresses from our wedding. She did this for my cousin years ago, and I always remembered how special it was. As soon as we had Claire and set the date for her baptism (basically giving her 1 week notice) I knew I wanted her to make Claire's dress. I insisted she use my wedding dress, but she could not bare the thought of cutting it up so she used my veil, shawl, and fabric all from our special day. She whipped it up in 1 day and it turned out beautiful!! I'm so grateful for her talent since I always take advantage of it :) The dress is precious and Claire was absolutely beautiful in it. I'm sure she will cherish it as much as I do when she's older. Thank you soooo much Mom, you have no idea just how much I appreciate it :)

Happy Father's Day!

Sooooo Sweet :)
We had an eventful weekend with Claire's baptism and Father's Day. Our friends Marty, Jilli, and Mia came for the weekend as well as Uncle Christopher and his girlfriend, and Aaron's Aunt Pam from FL is also here visiting. I will do a separate post of Claire's baptism, but here are some pics from the weekend.

2+ Weeks

Holding her head up already! (with her famous scowl)
Sleeping Beauty
First official bath at home
Going for a quick stroll (2 miles!) with the new stroller
I've been meaning to post since Wed. and have not had the chance. Hard to believe that Claire is already 2 weeks old! She's had an eventful 2 weeks being diagnosed with reflux, a loose tongue tie, an infected umbilical chord, and blocked tear duct! With ALL of that she's doing great and seems to be a good sleeper (Thank GOD)! Andrew is calming down a little bit now that he's a little more adjusted to being a big brother. This is Aaron's last week home before he goes back to work so we will all have to adjust again next week. We will be trying to finish up all the "to-do's", prepare for Claire's baptism, and squeeze in some family fun before he goes back to work on Monday.
